TetherTailsLucky Draw: A Staycation with Your Pet
Spend your PawPoints on entries for a chance to win a 2 day, 1 night staycation for two at a pet-friendly hotel in Singapore, with your pet along for the night. Entries are open from 19 September to 29 November 2026, and we draw the winner live on Instagram at 8pm on Friday 4 December 2026. The hotel, the room and what is included will be announced on this page by Friday 30 October 2026.
1. The draw
1.1 This draw is run by TetherTails Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202613068C).
1.2 There is one prize: a 2 day, 1 night stay for two people at a pet-friendly hotel in Singapore, with your pet. The hotel, the room type and what is included will be announced on this page by Friday 30 October 2026.
1.3 By entering, you agree to these rules, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can enter
2.1 You need a TetherTails account in good standing, and you must live in Singapore.
2.2 One account per person. Entries from duplicate or fake accounts are void.
3. How to enter
3.1 Entries are redeemed with PawPoints in the TetherTails app. PawPoints are earned through activity in the app. They can never be bought and have no cash value.
3.2 Each entry costs 10 PawPoints, and there is no limit on how many entries you can hold.
3.3 Entries open on Saturday 19 September 2026 and close at 11:59pm Singapore time on Sunday 29 November 2026. Entries redeemed after that do not count.
3.4 Entries can't be transferred to another account or cancelled. PawPoints spent on entries are not returned, including if you don't win. If we cancel the draw, we return the PawPoints spent on it.
3.5 Every hotel sets its own pet policy, and it decides which pets can stay. We will publish the hotel's policy on this page along with its name, by 30 October 2026. If your pet is not allowed under that policy, email support@tethertails.com within 14 days of the announcement and we will return the PawPoints you spent on entries for this draw.
4. How the winner is picked
4.1 The draw takes place at 8pm Singapore time on Friday 4 December 2026, streamed live on the TetherTails Instagram account @tethertails at instagram.com/tethertails. Anyone can watch.
4.2 The winner is picked at random by computer from all valid entries. Every entry has an equal chance, so more entries means more chances.
4.3 There is 1 winner. We also draw 3 reserve winners, in order, during the same live stream.
5. If you win
5.1 We will tell you within 7 days of the draw, through the app and by SMS or phone call to the number on your account.
5.2 You must reply within 7 days of hearing from us to claim your prize.
5.3 The prize belongs to the winning account and can only be used by that account's owner.
5.4 We book your stay with the hotel, so please give us at least 14 days' notice of the dates you would like. Stays depend on the hotel having a room free on those dates.
5.5 At check-in, bring your phone logged in to the winning account, and at least one pet listed on that account. We may meet you there to take photos (see section 8).
6. The prize
6.1 The prize is one night, 2 days and 1 night, for two people at a pet-friendly hotel in Singapore. The hotel, the room type and what is included will be on this page by 30 October 2026.
6.2 The number, types and sizes of pets that can stay follow the hotel's pet policy.
6.3 Not included: transport, extra guests, any pet fees beyond what the prize covers, food and drinks beyond what is listed, and any other charges during your stay. The hotel may ask for a card or a deposit for incidentals.
6.4 The person checking in must be the winning account's owner and must meet the hotel's check-in requirements.
6.5 The prize is valid until Thursday 4 March 2027, subject to the hotel's availability and its own blackout dates.
6.6 The prize can't be exchanged for cash, split, or transferred to anyone else.
6.7 If the hotel can no longer provide the prize, we may replace it with a stay of similar or higher value at another pet-friendly hotel.
7. Your pet has to come too
7.1 This is a pet prize, so at least one pet listed on the winning account must stay with you.
7.2 Your pets must meet the hotel's pet policy, which sets the number, types and sizes of pets allowed, along with rules such as vaccinations and whether pets can be left alone in the room. We will confirm the policy with you before we book.
7.3 If you check in without a pet from your account, or the hotel turns your pet away under its policy, the prize is forfeited and passes to the next reserve winner.
7.4 You are responsible for your pets, including their behaviour, health and safety, and for any damage or injury they cause.
8. Photos and videos
8.1 By accepting the prize, you agree that TetherTails and the hotel may photograph and film you, anyone with you and your pets during your stay, and use those photos and videos, with your first name and your pets' names, for publicity in apps, on websites, on social media and in other marketing, without payment.
8.2 Please make sure anyone coming with you agrees to this first.
8.3 You can ask us to stop using your photos in new material by emailing support@tethertails.com. Anything already published will not be recalled.
9. When the prize passes to a reserve winner
9.1 The prize passes to the next reserve winner if the winner does not reply within 7 days of being told they have won; is not eligible or has broken these rules; does not use the prize by 4 March 2027; checks in without a pet from their account, or the hotel refuses the pet under its policy; or turns down the prize or the photo condition in section 8.
9.2 A reserve winner receives the same prize. We tell them within 7 days of the prize passing to them, and they get at least 30 days to use it, even if that runs past 4 March 2027.
9.3 If neither the winner nor any reserve winner uses the prize successfully, it is not awarded and no further draw is held for it.
10. Results
10.1 The winner is announced during the live draw, then in the app, on the TetherTails Instagram and on this page, by first name and the first letter of their last name.
11. Your personal data
11.1 To run the draw, we use your name, account and contact details to check entries, contact you if you win, confirm the winning account at check-in, arrange the prize and announce the result.
11.2 If you win, we share your name, contact number, booking details and your pets' details with the hotel, so it can honour your prize.
11.3 You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@tethertails.com, but if you do before using your prize, we may not be able to give it to you. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.
12. Our rights
12.1 We may void the entries of, and take back the prize from, anyone who cheats, uses fake or duplicate accounts, or games PawPoints.
12.2 If something outside our control affects the draw or the prize, we may postpone, change or cancel it. Any change to these rules, including the draw date, will be published on this page and in the app before it takes effect.
12.3 Our decisions about the draw are final.
13. Liability
13.1 The hotel provides the prize under its own terms and is responsible for its rooms and service. As far as the law allows, TetherTails is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from the prize or your stay, including anything involving your pets. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Apple and Google
14.1 This draw is run by TetherTails Pte. Ltd. only. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of the draw and are not involved in it in any way.
15. Law and contact
15.1 These rules are governed by the laws of Singapore. Questions go to support@tethertails.com.
